We do interviews and thorough background checks with

all extended stay applicants. 

Starting July 2020 our guests will enjoy fiber-optic sourced wifi

We will be the only RV facility with fiber-optic technology in this area

 *Monthly rates sites 1-31-41&42 base rate for

(the sites away from the lake)

"2 people" 30 amp. $575.00

50 amp. "2 people"  $600.00  

*all sites for monthly each person over the first two people

(regardless of age) add $75.00

 Monthly RV sites 32-38 (closer to the lake) add $25.00 monthly to the above rate per month.   

When Lake Hamilton is up for the Summer March through October we have some of the best fishing anywhere. Dave caught this catfish within sight of land. Many that big are caught right from our private shoreline. Boat ramp privileges are a perk to seasonal camping. Oaklawn Live Horse Racing starts just after the lake goes down so you can go bet the ponies while you give the rod and reel a rest.
